Marketing Sellers – FSBOs

Marketing for for sale by owners or FSBOs, these people are spending their time trying to save money by selling the property themselves, they don’t understand marketing and they don’t understand contracts,

They really don’t want to pay real estate agent and they want to get it done as quickly as possible. They want speed and they want their price.

I tell the for sale by owner that I can get them their price, and I can do it fast but they got to be willing to wait for their money. They will get a good payment for 60 payments and then whatever the balance is will be paid off.

I can’t say all for sale by owners are willing to do a creative transaction, but many do.
