Marketing Private Lenders

Marketing for private lenders is an important job for the real estate investor owner. Without private lender money it’s hard to do things in real estate investing.

Once you understand private Lending, you can talk to strangers about the positives of using their money and their Ira for Real Estate Investments.

We have a course in private lending that teaches about self-directed IRAs and what is legal and what is not illegal. We have a great presentation for prospective private lenders. And we have relationships with custodians that will take good care of new people that want to start a self-directed IRA.

The most important thing that you understand is just imagine if you had 10 private lenders at $50,000 each ready to lend to you once you find your project. That’s 50,000 * 10 or $500,000 available. Now there’s nothing stopping you from putting a lot of offers out everyday. Paying all cash for property with no contingencies is the smartest way to grow a company.

It does take some study to learn about the Rules and Regulations of Private lending but once you understand them then you’re truly ready to grow your business.
