Marketing Hub for REISkills

You don’t need a marketing degree to understand that marketing is all about finding enough people to talk to.

Every day we need to be able to talk about five different kinds of people.

The first kind of person we need to talk to is somebody that wants to sell a house.

The second kind of person we need to talk to is somebody who wants to buy a house.

The third kind of person we need to talk to is somebody that wants to get a good rate of return on their money.

The fourth kind of person we need to talk to is somebody that wants to do a joint venture with somebody that knows what they’re doing in real estate investing.

And lastly, the fifth kind of person is somebody that can send us people that either wants to buy a house wants to sell a house wants to get a good way to return their money or that wants to do a joint venture.

And that’s all marketing is!

But it’s not that easy. You can spend a lot of money on marketing and not get results.

What is the kpi?

What Is a KPI in Marketing?

Key performance indicators (KPIs) are quantifiable metrics measuring how companies achieve a specific goal. There are KPIs for every department in a company, whether it’s marketing, sales, or any other division.

Marketing KPIs measure how effective your marketing efforts are.

Defining and tracking marketing KPIs is important because it enables you to:

  • Measure progress: Determining which marketing initiatives meet or exceed expectations
  • Optimize budget: Directing spending towards channels that maximize return on investment (ROI)
  • Guide decision-making: Extracting data-driven insights that can inform strategic decisions
  • Identify weaknesses: Identifying underperforming campaigns or assets that can be improved.
