There’s a free section and a paid section and then there is one-on-one coaching.
In the free section you get a lot of forms and a lot of videos to be able to get started.
In the paid section you get some free courses and then there are some paid courses. The big thing is that you learn how to talk to sellers, screen potential leads, and set up appointments to go see properties. We tend to coach people doing local business versus long distance business.
On the 1 on 1 coaching clients, we start with a business plan and work that plan for generally 6 months or 12 months.
We commit to 50 hours for 6 months, and 100 hours for 12 months, one on one.
