Getting Bank financing or mortgage financing is a little bit difficult these days and it’s good to get coaching on it.

One of the ways to do that is to open up a bank account at a large Bank like Chase or Bank of America.  Talk to a bank manager about getting some coaching on getting a mortgage.  The managers know a lot of people that can help you.

Secondly, pull your credit report.  You can get a free credit report once a year. www. CreditKarma.com is a good source.
