How long has Brian Gibbons and REISkills been investing in Real Estate?
REISkills it’s been in business since 2000. Brian Gibbons has done hundreds of deals by himself and hundreds of deals with partners. Sometimes he partners with his students, sometimes he teaches without partnering on deals. Brian’s first deal was in 1986, hard money rehab, bought the property with no money, profit was 18,000 when he was 24 years old and working full time.

I guarantee you’ll get your money back if you work with me for 1 year, you work hard and you go talk to sellers and buyers and agents. You must be coachable and you implement the training. Don’t do it your way do it my way, If you don’t recoup your training fee of $7,000 for 12 months, which averages out to $70 an hour, for 12 full months, you will get your money returned but you’re going to have to prove that you’ve implemented the training. Without the proof the request for the refund is not valid and it doesn’t mean anything. I am selling my valuable time. Read the testimonials and see if you’re a good fit. A lot of people don’t want to work hard. A lot of people don’t want to talk to home ellers and offer contracts. They don’t want to network with other people. They don’t want to quickly market the property once they have a contract on it. They don’t want to promote their business. Without promotion you can’t grow. That’s it! That’s the guarantee.
If you can’t afford the fee then wait until you can afford the fee because I work with you for 12 months. If you go over the 100 hours and some students do go over the hundred hours, , you will pay in packages of 20 hours X $70. If that doesn’t work for you then you need to find another coach.

I’m a big believer in helping the seller maximize their equity in their house. We do this a few different ways.
– Subject to the existing financing, with a note and without a note
– lease purchase
– land contract – contract for deed
– wrap around mortgage purchase
Now we do get involved with rehabs and we do get involved with wholesaling with pre-foreclosures, but we are not in the ugly house business, we are in the pretty houses business.
There are a lot more pretty houses out there than wholesale deals. And the seller doesn’t have to be that motivated for pretty house sales. In wholesaling, the seller needs to be extremely motivated.
